They must meet proper insurance regulations and licensing
which
are
regulated
by the Federal Government for transport brokers and carriers. Auto
Transport companies must also be clear from an unsatisfactory
BBB record,
as well
as, a
history
of
or pattern of complaints within the transport industry.
To
further enhance our reliable transport commitment so that
you experience the highest
quality and most professional transport possible, any carriers
or brokers with more than two filed complaints in a three
month
period will be banned immediately from our network and
using any of our services. In the unlikely event that you
have a complaint and it is
not
resolved by the transport company, please contact us so we
may review your complaint and take the appropriate action
necessary.
